When do I pay?
Pay with in-game gold only inside the raid. Your order shows the exact amount and the name-realm of your assigned trader.
How do I book a run?
Click Book, enter your character, realm, class and Discord username, and create your order. You will receive your order ID and raid instructions. Join our Discord to connect with Customer Service.
How does Group Loot work?
The saved runs use Group Loot. On average, 0–2 items drop per boss; an individual item or tier piece is not guaranteed.
Can I bonus-roll a boss I already defeated this week?
Not on the same difficulty. You must be eligible for the boss’s weekly loot when you defeat it. Check your lockout before booking, and bring 1 Nebulous Voidcore for each eligible boss you want to roll on.
How long does a run take?
Boss-only bookings skip the rest of the raid. Full-clear duration depends on the group and difficulty; ask Customer Service in Discord about the expected duration.
Which boss gives AOTC?
Ula'tek Heroic is the AOTC option. Book it on its own, with The Coiled Altar, or as part of an 8/8 Heroic clear.
Is the bonus-roll currency included?
No. Bring your own Season 2 Nebulous Voidcore. It is available as a Great Vault reward option; the raid booking price covers the selected run.
